What is Supatra Cottage?

Based on a 16 year experience of running the first Thai Restaurante in Portugal. The cottage is a unique space. In a rural setting very tranquil surrounded by fruit trees, vine yards and eucaliptor forest, located on a quiet country lane just north of the medieval village of Carvalhal, yet only 5 min to the A8 motorway and 45 min to Lisbon. A 1940's family cottage was rebuilt and transformed in the familys home. Leaving a studio space to pursue the art of Thai cooking and entertaining.
